These are links that will help you this year in math. Some of them are resources for getting help with your math, some are fun and educational web sites, and some of them will provide you with tools to do your math homework.
Glencoe Textbook These are the websites for our textbooks. They offer tutorials on each section of our textbooks, as well as quizzes to help you prepare for our class quizzes and tests.
Online Algebra Do you want an additional explanation of what you learned in class? Or were you absent? Here are some videos for most topics in our Algebra book! Just click on the "module" button and find the topic you want! Do you need graph paper? On this website, you can print out graph paper to use at home, in case you ran out, or forgot to pick some up in class.
Need some extra tutoring? This website has videos explaining just about every Algebra topic imaginable. Just scroll down the list to find the topic you want to watch!
Confused about an Algebra topic? This website explains any Algebra concept you're struggling with and shows you additional examples. Just type key words in the search box and it'll find what you need.
Homework help site This site lets you select your textbook, enter a page number, and a problem number, and it walks you through the solution, explaining each step. Answers for odd numbered problems only.
Problem Solving and Problem EXPLAINING website This site lets you type in the problem then explains step by step how they arrived at the solution. It will even graph the equations for you! WASL Prep site Here are some sample questions to help you prepare for the 7th and 10th grade WASL.
Famous problems in the History of Mathematics These are problems that have inspired mathematicians. There are links to solutions, mathematicians' biographies, and other mathematics history sites.
How to Make a Paper Bag Book Cover Your Algebra textbooks need to have a cover on them! You can certainly buy one, but I like paper bag ones even better: they're free!
