Dear Parents~
Garrison Middle School Summer Program
June 23rd through July 17th
9:00AM-1:00PM
The Summer Program is a voluntary enrichment program offering 1 ½ hours of Math and 1 ½ hours of Reading & Writing. The program will be Monday through Thursday with interactive, hands-on, student-centered, academic activities. The classes will be taught by Garrison certified staff with additional classroom support from tutors. Lunch will be provided through the City of Walla Walla Lunch Program, served from 12:00PM-12:30PM, with students having the option of staying for cooperative learning activities until 1:00PM
Summer Program students and staff will participate in activities every Thursday which will include:
Bowling for Books
Hawk Point Challenge Course (ropes course) 8:30AM-12:30PM on July 3rd
Movie Day
The Foundry or Windmill tour (TBD)
